Ocean freight. Destination charges. Import duty, local taxes, port handling and inland trucking are payable in your country and sit outside our quote. - Confirm and place the deposit. Production starts against a deposit (50 percent is standard practice in the Indonesian furniture trade), with the balance due before shipment.
- Production and quality control. Made-to-order pieces typically need 8–12 weeks; in-stock items wait in consolidation. You receive photo and video checkpoints as the load comes together.
- Loading, sailing, arrival. Final inspection, crating and container stuffing, then documents are sent while the vessel is at sea. Ocean transit typically runs 3–5 weeks to the US West Coast and 5–7 weeks to the East Coast or Europe.

One 20ft container. Below that volume, shared-container (LCL) shipping is possible but the per-cubic-metre cost rises sharply. For a first trial we often suggest a smaller LCL shipment to test quality and process, then stepping up to a full container once the range is proven.

It depends entirely on the mix. A 20ft takes roughly 26–28 cubic metres once packing is accounted for; a balanced retail mix of tables, chairs and casegoods commonly lands between 100 and 200 pieces. Your load plan states the exact count and cubic breakdown before you pay a deposit, so there is no guessing.
Can I combine custom OEM designs with catalogue pieces?
Yes, that is the normal shape of an order. OEM runs need drawings or a counter-sample approved before production and add lead time, so we schedule them first and slot catalogue and in-stock items around them so the whole load closes together on one stuffing date.
How long does the whole process take?
Plan on roughly 3–5 months from deposit to delivery: 8–12 weeks of production, about a week for final QC, crating and stuffing, then 3–7 weeks of ocean transit depending on your port, plus customs clearance and inland delivery at destination.
Does the quote include import duty and taxes in my country?
No. Quotes are issued FOB or CFR, so destination duties, taxes, port fees and trucking remain the buyer’s responsibility. We provide the full export document set and clear HS descriptions so your broker can classify and clear the goods without back-and-forth.
Is the wood packing compliant with quarantine rules?
